In the midst of a very emotional divorce which I struggle to stay on track daily. I need to stand & allow myself to stay firmly in God's grasp.
So, yes, I needed this today, too.
Thanks for sharing.

Well, I sure needed to read that tonight. I too am a person who does not like conflict/confrontations, but I am learning little by little that I do need to stand up (sometimes) for what I believe it right and don't 'chicken-out'. Thank you my dear friend for sharing your thoughts with all of us...

Be blessed today and always.

When I first saw this post in my reader and read the first sentence I thought- well, there is something we DON'T have in common. Then I scrolled down and realized, again, you are writing from inside my brain. I have tried to run from God's will and what He was asking me to do enough times you would think I wouldn't try anymore. But sometimes it is still my first reaction. Thanks for this great reminder to be still and stay put.
