Works For Me Wednesday

by Lori

Ok I have given into the hype and I bought the OxiClean Detergent Ball. I have to say it worked for me. I do laundry for three stinky “almost to be teenagers” and the clothes came out smelling wonderful (even the football uniforms). The ball does last longer when you use cold water. You can use hot/warm water but it goes down faster. And I think it does last the 25 washes it claims (if not more). I have not been disappointed by this detergent. Now I will admit I have not sat down and figured out the financial cost of this ball compared to regular detergent, that is something I have to look into.

This works for me.

Head on over to Shanon’s for more wonderful tips.

I’ll have to check this out! No matter what I do I can’t get my towels to come out smelling fresh!

I will have to try it! I have always wondered about how well it works.

By the way, are you “lrlwreath”? I always think it’s you and then I click on the name and it takes me to a blog about working out.

Thanks for posting about this. I’ve seen the commercials but have been avoiding the purchase. I’ll have to re-think that! Anything that makes laundry easier and cleaner works for me!

I’ve not heard of this before now. I’m going to look at the cost and see if it would work for our budget.

Thanks for the tip. I’m aways a little afraid of trying out the new wonder cleaner/detergent. But I’d like something that makes the clothes smell clean.

You always crack me up talking about your stinky boys. Mine is only 2 1/2, so I still have a ways to go on that, but he does think that picking his nose and burps are funny already. Plus, my 8 yo daughter doesn’t like to shower.
