Works For Me Wednesday

by Lori

As I mentioned here, I tried my hand at stamping. It was a lot of fun, they may have created a monster because I had several “Thank you” notes to write and I went out and made my cards (ok sister I hear you calling me Suzie homemaker, STOP IT).

Anyways, making your own Christmas cards is fun and that works for me. Here are some several of the ones I made the other night.

Those cards are beautiful!

I’ve been really wanting to get back into my crafting again, maybe making cards would be a good way. Thanks!

Your cards are beautiful!

I hand stamp my cards too…it’s so easy and they are cost so much less!

It’s also nice to be able to stamp the perfect card for any occasion that you might need!!

Thanks for sharing!

Very lovely! I cannot go to stuff like that because I get really inspired, spend a ton of money, use it once or twice and then it gets put to the back of the closet. Sigh.

Those are really nice! I haven’t done stamping for a while — I need to get back into it. It’s inspiring to see what others have done.

Stamp-in up! stamps? I miss those. I used to get them from a friend who sold them as payment for babysitting her kids. (Kind of a barter syste we had going.) We have some great all season sets that make for beautiful cards. I ave also made bundles of hand-stamped cards for Christmas and birthday presents. That was perfect, espcially for the card giving members of the family.

Beautiful! I have some Stampin’ Up stamps, which I love but I am so bad about getting them out and using them – thanks for inspiring me!

I dont even want to tell you how much $ I’ve spent on stamps, and still dont get it. I know it cant be that complicated but somehow I just dont seem to be able to put it together. That might be a good winter project – figure out all my stampin’ stuff!

Awesome, I guess you can tell the die-hard stamping people who look at a card and know the maker!
